Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please note the following points from our Privacy Policy. (Privacy Policy).
Scope
The Privacy Policy applies to all websites and Facebook profiles of Strausak. No guarantee can be provided that third-party websites linked on Strausak’s website adhere to the privacy guidelines.
Use of information
In principle, you can visit our website and our Facebook profile without having to provide any personal details. Only non-personal user data like your IP address, the last page visited, the browser used, date, time, etc. are evaluated in anonymised form for the purpose of identifying trends and improving our online services (“Google Analytics”, “WebTrends On Demand” and “AT Internet”). Strausak cannot identify you from said data.
In order to improve service quality, we ask that you voluntarily enter data in certain areas (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, what information and services you are interested in, etc.).
No passing on of personal data
Your personal data is neither sold to nor shared with third parties. Exceptions: external service providers which process your enquiry or order on our behalf and process the data which is absolutely essential for this process. It is guaranteed that all data-processing entities meet privacy and data security requirements.
Advertising and privacy
We use the services of third-party suppliers (ad servers) to display advertisements on our website and Facebook. We use profile data like age, place of residence and job title so that advertisements can be displayed about products and services which interest you or are more relevant to you. These details are never sent to the advertiser but rather they are exclusively used to determine when what advertisement will be displayed. Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail are not passed on to the ad server.
Cookie and privacy regulations for Google’s advertising programmes
As a third-party supplier, Google uses cookies to display advertisements on our website. By using the DART cookie, Google is able to display advertisements based on your visits to our website and other websites. You can disable DART cookies by disabling “personalised advertising” in your Google account.
Privacy Policy relating to the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like button)
Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. You can recognise the Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the Like button on our website. An overview of Facebook plugins is available here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct link between your browser and the Facebook server. This informs Facebook that you are connected to our website with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook Like button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. Please note that as the provider of the pages, we are not informed of the content of the data transmitted or its use by Facebook. Further information on this topic is available in Facebook’s Privacy Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
